Protecting your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We received your data within the scope of a contractual relationship. We collect and use your data for our own purposes in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Purpose and legal basis of the processing
We collect and process your personal data for the initiation and implementation of the present contractual relationship. Data processing takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) p. 1 (b) GDPR.
We only process your data for electronic promotional purposes via e-mail or telephone if you agree to it. In this case, your consent in connection with Art. 6 (1) p. 1 (a) GDPR is the legal basis for data processing. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. However, revocation does not affect the legality of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent provided before revocation. In this case, we store your data until revocation occurs.
Furthermore, we have a legitimate interest in the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing by postal mail. In this case, data processing takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) p. 1 (f) GDPR.
Recipients
If necessary, your personal data will be processed by IT service providers acting on our behalf.
Transfer
Some of your data will also be transferred and processed in countries outside the European Union (‘EU’) or the European Economic Area (‘EEA’). If necessary, we ensure that you have a sufficient level of data protection for your data in these cases by, for example, concluding EU standard contractual clauses with our contracting parties, or we will ask for your express consent.
Data categories
The following data categories are affected: name, function, postal address, e-mail address and other business contact data.
How long will your personal information be stored?
We store your data as long as necessary for order processing, including invoicing, and/or if legal retention requirements preclude deletion of your data.
We store your data as long as this is necessary for order processing including invoicing. For advertising purposes, we store your data as long as we have a legitimate interest in sending you advertising or you object to the sending of advertising.
In order to comply with statutory retention obligations, we store your data for business and commercial letters and other tax-relevant documents until 31 March of the seventh calendar year after they are created, and for accounting documents until 31 March of the eleventh calendar year after they are created.
Rights of the data subject
You are entitled to the following legal data subject rights, provided that their requirements are met:
- Right of access to your data stored by us according to Art. 15 GDPR
- Right of rectification of incorrect data in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR
- Right to erasure of the data stored by us according to Art. 17 GDPR
- Right to restriction of processing of the data stored by us according to Art. 18 GDPR
- Right to data portability according to Art. 20 GDPR
- Right to object according to Art. 21 GDPR
- Right to lodge a complaint with a responsible supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates provisions of the GDPR.
Right to object
According to Art. 21 GDPR, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing. If you object to processing for direct marketing, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes.
